Overview

AFP did not have the in-house staff to support the execution of its Strategic Partner contracts after gaining signature. the YGS Association Solutions media sales and events teams stepped right up to bridge that gap, serving as a true extension of the AFP staff.

Challenge

AFP did not have the in-house staff to support the execution of its strategic partner contracts after gaining signature. So the association looked to YGS Association Solutions to seamlessly connect supporters of the AFP Strategic Partner program to take their advertising and event sponsorship contracts from signature through execution.

Results

YGS Association Solutions presented a contract and asset management program to AFP that aimed to leverage existing sales management, asset collection, and event management software platforms. YGS was able to efficiently execute contracts while providing excellent customer service to “VIPs” of the association.

In 2024, its second consecutive year managing the Strategic Partner program, YGS will not only service its 300 assets as contracted by its account executives, but it will also service more than 375 individual assets across advertising and event sales. Streamlining this process and providing partners with white-glove service has yielded extremely positive feedback from strategic partners and extends the AFP team’s bandwidth to focus on other internal initiatives.
